Sophie De Luigi is our People & Operations Specialist, responsible for operational and employee-related topics and actitvely contributing to the recruitment of new talent and organizational culture initiatives. With a master’s degree in corporate communication and several years of hands-on experience in human resources, she also holds the Swiss Federal Certificate as a Human Resources Assistant.
